HASH’TUNA MELT
Albacore tuna (or chickpea mash for a vegan option), mayo, Dijon mustard, finely chopped celery, red onion, a pinch of lemon zest, and savory Melted Sharp Cheddar.
HASH’BURGER
Ground beef patty, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and special chef TJ’s sauce. All the burger vibes with extra crispiness thanks to those hash brown buns.
HASH’RATATOUILLE
Roasted Zucchini & Eggplant. Thinly sliced and caramelized Sweet Bell Peppers & Red Onion. Roasted until soft and sweet. Slow-Cooked Tomato Garlic Sauce. Rich, garlicky, and herbed with “herbes de provence.” Chef TJ’s Vegan Masterpiece.
HASH’EGG SALAD
Creamy chopped hard-boiled eggs tossed in a mayo-based dressing, a touch of salt and pepper. Finely minced celery, onions, and fresh herbs.
